my mama loves her coffee

hi there joanne, me and my mum have just purchased your diet off trademe.
we have just a few questions before we start.

in the 1st week of the diet, are we allowed to eat any of the negitive calorie foods?
and aslo my mum loves her coffee in the morning and thoughout the day. is she allowed to continue drinking her coffee as per normal? or does she have to stick to the diet?

awesome, cant wait to start the diet.
it looks nice and simple with yummy food (unlike some diets).
