Please forgive me if I dont do this properly but I dont have a clue how to do these forum thingies (yes I am from the caveman days)

I am 38yrs OLD
I have 5 kids(oldest 18-youngest 4)
For a living I am a Nail Tech/Dressmaker
Sick to death of not being able to wear the clothes I love so it is time to do something about it
so I have just bought the diet plan so now I am just waiting for it to arrive
I would love to go from the 90's to the 60's
Size
top:16-18(very Fitting)
middle:18-22

So I cant wait to get started

Trying to add one of those ticker thingies so if I havent done it properley could one of you be knid enough to tell me how to do i
