[/b]hey everybody, my story is the same as most on here..i've reached a point weight wise, where i feel so unhealthy. i'm 164cms tall, and at the moment, my weight is @ 82kgs, (i've been at this weight for a while now), and over the past 8 or so years i've yo-yoed between 70-82kgs (not including during pregnancy) HEAPS! 82kgs is when i start to feel uncomfortable, self conscious and my clothes aren't looking or fitting right! i'm 29 yrs old, (30 in a couple wks time), and have 4 children, i was lucky enough to not gain a lot of excess weight during pregnancy, and what i did gain came off pretty easily within 2-3 months, so i'm not blaming my weight gain on my pregnancy's becos i know in my case, that's not the problem:)... i'm starting this diet-plan in 2 days time and i'm really looking forward 2 it...will check in in a weeks time, so watch this space!

hiya, well i'm back and 4kgs lighter this wk has been such a mix of tired, frustrated, hungry, happy, EVERYTHING!!! howeva, i guess the results after week 1 speak 4 themselves. i won't say it's been cruisy, but it's a learning curve 4 sure be back in a week.....p.s thanx 4 the msg jomits
